How We Track Your Progress
Progress that isn’t measured isn’t managed. Every SOF client has their data tracked across four areas — so we always know what’s working, what isn’t, and what comes next.
Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner
Not just weight. The Evolt 360 gives us a full picture — muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, hydration levels, and metabolic data. We scan clients regularly so you can see exactly what's changing and why.
Strength Tracking
Every session is logged. Load, sets, reps, and RPE (rate of perceived exertion). Over weeks and months, the data tells a story your memory can't.
Mobility & Pain Tracking
Via the SOF App. If something's sore, stiff, or improving — it's logged. This feeds directly into how your program is adjusted session to session.
