Matt has been with us since 2020. Alongside a demanding professional life and an active family, he’s lost 65kg and kept it off — and now competes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, travelling locally and abroad for competitions. He came to us to get his health back. What he built was a whole new life outside the gym too.

We started working with Lahiru in 2019, initially focused on rehabilitation and movement quality. After a brief break during COVID, he’s been back consistently since 2023 — and the results speak for themselves. In 10 months of focused training, he dropped from 76.2kg to 71.8kg while increasing his lean mass from 59.6kg to 63.8kg. His body fat dropped from 16.6% to 8.0%, and his Evolt 360 bio age went from 42 to 37. More muscle, less fat, and five years younger by every measurable marker.

Rez came to us in 2023 to improve her overall strength and fitness — and she’s exceeded every expectation since. You’ll find her in the gym regularly, knocking out bodyweight and weighted chin-ups and pushing through push-ups like it’s nothing. She’s the boss.

Pre and post surgery. Stronger than before.

Cindy’s hip replacement was in 2017, and we’ve been working together ever since — through pre-surgery preparation, post-surgery rehabilitation, and everything in between, always working closely alongside her physiotherapists. She’s now stronger and fitter than she was before the surgery, and she hasn’t slowed down since. Her son trains with us too.

We’ve been working with Renee since 2018. Throughout that time we’ve worked alongside her and multiple healthcare practitioners to manage and rehabilitate chronic shoulder and lower back injuries that were affecting both her work and her family life. We’ve also been with her through other chapters — including keeping her strong leading up to and after the birth of her son. Renee still trains with us today — and outside her sessions she runs, does HIIT classes, and keeps herself constantly moving. Her husband has since joined us in the gym too.

Jacob started with us in January 2024 dealing with chronic back and shoulder pain that was affecting everything. Working closely alongside our friends at the Melbourne Shoulder Group, we rehabilitated both issues — and in the process, Jacob completely transformed his exercise routine and his body. He’s now back doing everything he loves, in and outside the gym. His brother and mother have since joined us as well.

Jane has done it all with us — losing those last stubborn kilos, rehabbing her shoulder, and staying active and fit even after moving to the other side of the city. She still comes in once a week and trains with a program we build for her outside the gym. She’s 49, and she’s living proof of what consistent training, good nutrition, and trusting the process can actually do.

Daniel started with us in 2024, training out of his apartment gym for the first year before making the move to our South Yarra facility in early 2025. The catalyst was the birth of his first daughter — he wanted to be fit, strong, and present for her. He’s now a regular in the gym every week and hasn’t looked back.
