Your program is built from scratch by one of our coaches — based on your goals, your equipment, how you move, and what you’re working around. It’s not a template. It’s not an app-generated plan. It’s a real program built by a real coach who understands your training history and what you’re trying to achieve.
Programs are delivered through the SOF App, updated regularly, and supported by ongoing check-ins with your coach. If something isn’t working, we adjust it. If you’re ready to progress, we progress it.
Online Programming is ideal for clients who travel frequently, live outside Melbourne, or prefer to train independently but want the structure and expertise of proper coaching behind them.
