1:1 and 2:1 Personal Training is the most direct path to results at State of Fitness.
Every session is yours entirely. Your coach’s attention, your program, your pace. It’s the format that works best for people facing something specific — a complex injury history, a precise performance goal, or simply a preference for working without distraction.
2:1 training is available for pairs — partners, friends, or colleagues who want to train together with a shared program that still accounts for individual differences.
Sessions are available from 5:45am through to 8pm on weekdays, with Saturday morning availability. Scheduling is arranged directly with your coach around your calendar.

When We Train
1:1 and 2:1 sessions are available Monday to Friday from 5:45am through to 8pm, and Saturday mornings from 6:30am. Scheduling is arranged directly with your coach around your calendar and their availability.
Our members train with us for years — which means coach availability is limited. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule, but we recommend reaching out early.
