Sienna Quinn

Final-year double degree in nutrition and exercise science. Running a sub-3 hour marathon this year. Brings the same standard to her clients that she holds herself to.

Sienna came through the same Deakin University placement program as Liam — and like Liam, she made an impression before she’d finished her first week.

She’s completing a double degree in nutrition and exercise science, which means she brings an unusually integrated understanding of training and food to her coaching. She doesn’t just think about what happens in the session — she thinks about what supports it.

Outside the gym, Sienna ran a 3:08 marathon and is targeting a sub-3 hour finish at the Gold Coast Marathon this year. That’s not a casual goal — it requires the kind of disciplined, structured approach to training and recovery that she brings into her work with clients.

What stands out about Sienna isn’t just the knowledge or the personal standards. It’s the energy. She’s welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in the people she works with — in a way that’s obvious from the first session.

She’s the kind of coach who holds herself to a high standard and quietly expects the same from the people around her. Clients respond to that.
