What’s Included in Your Small Group Personal Training Membership
Personalised COACHING
Your fitness journey is unique, and so is your program. Our university-qualified trainers develop a tailored workout plan based on your goals, fitness level, and movement patterns. Your progress is reviewed regularly to ensure the workouts remain challenging and effective.
SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENT
You’ll train in a small group of 1-3 members, creating an environment that balances personal attention with social motivation. Each session is customised for you, but you’ll also benefit from the energy and support of training alongside others who are working towards their goals.
Free Consultation
Get started with a free 15-minute consultation. This is your opportunity to discuss your fitness goals with one of our trainers, undergo an initial assessment, and plan your path forward. This consultation is obligation-free but will set you up for success by establishing the foundation for your personalised program.
FLEXIBLE PRICING OPTION
We offer three pricing tiers to suit your schedule and training needs:
- $60/session: 1 personal training session per week
- $70/session: Includes additional programming for home or gym use
- $80/session: Adds off-peak gym access for additional independent training

Connect with an expert trainer to discuss your fitness goals and how we can support you inside and outside the gym. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your 1-on-1 consultation with us in the gym.
Step 2
45-Minute In-Person Consultation & Assessment
We’ll meet to discuss and understand what you need from us to achieve your goals while holding you accountable. You’ll undergo an assessment to evaluate your starting point and how you move as an individual. If you’re happy to continue with us, we’ll confirm your training schedule and preferred payment method.
Step 3
Before Your First Session
Between your consultation and your first booked session, we’ll craft your personalised programme, provide support, and get you onboarded.

Start Training - First Booked Session
Get ready, it’s time for your first session!Come into the gym and leave the rest to us! Regardless of the training option you choose, you’ll receive the support and guidance needed to ensure you understand exactly what’s happening with your training.
