What’s Included in Your 2-on-1 Personal Training Membership

Each session is tailored to the individual fitness levels and goals of both participants. Whether you’re working on different fitness goals or have similar aspirations, your program will cater to both.
Shared Experience, Personal Focus
You’ll share the session with your workout partner, but our trainers will still focus on each of you individually. By balancing attention between both participants, we ensure that everyone gets the personalised coaching they need while benefiting from the social energy and support of training together.
Additional Programming
To help you continue your progress outside the gym, we provide additional programming for home workouts. This gives you and your partner the flexibility to work out together on your own time, making the most of your 2-on-1 membership.
Free Initial Consultation
Before you start, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This allows both of you to discuss your fitness goals, current fitness levels, and any challenges you may face. We’ll use this information to design a plan that works for you both, ensuring your training is as effective and enjoyable as possible.

Connect with an expert trainer to discuss your fitness goals and how we can support you inside and outside the gym. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your 1-on-1 consultation with us in the gym.
Step 2
45-Minute In-Person Consultation & Assessment
We’ll meet to discuss and understand what you need from us to achieve your goals while holding you accountable. You’ll undergo an assessment to evaluate your starting point and how you move as an individual. If you’re happy to continue with us, we’ll confirm your training schedule and preferred payment method.
Step 3
Before Your First Session
Between your consultation and your first booked session, we’ll craft your personalised programme, provide support, and get you onboarded.

Start Training - First Booked Session
