Goals and success in the gym are attained through a planned and gradual process of self-improvement. We believe in long-term sustained results from incremental habit change over quick fixes. Unfortunately, people only tend to see the end result, and not what the person had to do to reach their goal. As we like to say “You do not rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems”.
At State of Fitness, how we can help our members with the systems to be successful while enjoying the personable process along the way. If we don’t have the answer to something our members need, then we lean on our referral network for a collaborative answer.

N – Notice
We listen to what you’re saying—and what you’re not. By paying close attention to how you move, respond to cues, and perform exercises, we identify your individual needs. But it doesn’t stop there. We also notice how factors outside the gym affect your progress, from lifestyle habits to stressors that may impact your fitness journey.
E - Evaluate
Did the prescription work? We critically evaluate the results to see how you responded to the plan. Did it meet your goals? What went well, and where can improvements be made? By staying objective, we ensure that our training and nutritional recommendations are based on results, not emotions or assumptions.
P - Prescribe
Based on what we observe, we prescribe a tailored solution. Whether it’s a specific training program, nutritional adjustments, or accountability systems, our prescriptions are designed with your unique needs and goals in mind. We always have a specific outcome in mind and ensure that progress is measurable, providing clear feedback on your journey toward success.
A – Adjust & Repeat
Once we’ve evaluated your progress, we make the necessary adjustments to fine-tune your program. Whether it’s small tweaks or major changes, we ensure that the approach is always evolving to meet your needs. This cycle of adjust and repeat ensures that your fitness journey stays on track, helping you continuously improve.

No matter what you are coming to us for, improving our member’s strength and fitness is the cornerstone of our success. Improve strength has a direct correlation to lean muscle mass, bone density, improved stability and mobility, ability to fight-off muscle loss, and many more factors.
We don’t believe in our members spending their session on treadmills, so if you need to improve your anaerobic and aerobic engine (fitness), we can structure your workout to maintain a moderate/high heart rate for an aerobic effect, and finish the session with interval training which has significant value in improving health, fitness, and performance.
