At State of Fitness, we believe that everybody is unique, which is why we don’t offer generic workouts or crowded group classes.
Every member receives individualised programming and coaching, delivered in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We prioritise relationships. Some members simply want a great workout and clear direction. Others want to dive deeper, track progress in detail, and fully immerse themselves in our systems.
Because personal training should be personal, our systems are built to flex around your preferences.
Whether you’re looking for 1:1 support or enjoy training alongside others with your own program, we’ve got an option that suits your lifestyle, goals, schedule, and budget.

Personal Training Memberships
Small group (hybrid) Personal Training

Train in a motivating small group (alongside max 4 people, average 3:1 ratio) with your own program, personalised support and flexible scheduling. Get all the benefits of 1:1 coaching in a shared, uplifting environment.
Session Times:
Monday – Friday: 5:45am / 6:15am / 7:00am / 7:45am / 9:15am / 10:15am* / 12:15pm
Saturday: 7:30am / 8:15am / 9:15am / 9:30am / 10:15am / 10:30am
*10:15am sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays only
1-on-1 Personal Training

Private coaching for those who want maximum hands-on attention. Perfect for injury rehab, focused performance goals, or just extra support.
Session Times:
Premium (5:30am – 9:00am)
Standard (9:00am – 3:00pm)
Limited availability – we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
2-on-1 Personal Training

Train with a friend or partner and receive your own tailored program in a supportive semi-private setting.
Session Times:
5:30am – 3:00pm
Limited availability – we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
Open Personal Training

Train independently in a structured, coach-supported environment with one of our personal trainers. Capped at 9 members per hour. Sessions start with 4-5 members every 30 minutes. Includes expert-designed programming, flexible bookings and coaching when you need it. Plus for 40 weeks of the year, we will have added supported from our Sports Science students.
Session Times:
Monday – Thursday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm (sessions every 30 mins, last session starts at 7:00pm)
Home Visit Personal Training

Prefer to train at home? We’ll bring the coaching to you with fully personalised sessions tailored to your space, needs, and goals.
Availability:
By appointment – pricing varies based on location and group size
Off-Peak Gym Access

Access the gym outside of coached hours and follow a structured program designed to complement your training. Available to members who are training 2+ sessions per week.
Access Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:30am – 1:30pm
Saturday: 8:00 – 9:00am & 10:00am – 12:00pm
Online Coaching

Train remotely with ongoing support, structured programming, and weekly check-ins.
Availability:
Currently only available to existing members, due to high demand of out in-person training options.
Nutritional Coaching

Available for members with free and paid options to suit all support preferences and budgets.

Our personal trainers thrive on enabling our members with the resources and support to be confident in the gym with us while being educated and successful outside of the gym. Because of this, our work doesn’t stop when you leave the gym and all options below are included for free in our membership options. We understand that you may just want to come in and work out which is completely fine, but we are in the industry to make an impact so we can scale and adjust our systems based on your preferences

- Open communication with your personal training to continuously evolve your program and results with us.

- Receive a progress report after the completion of a progress.
- Weekly SMS check-ins from your coach.

- Assigned a “coach for life” that will handle your programming so you have one point of contact.

- Specific daily and weekly habits to help progress you towards your goals.
- Our coaches and admin staff are here to help Monday – Saturday.

Step 1

15-Minute Discovery Call
Connect with an expert trainer to discuss your fitness goals and how we can support you inside and outside the gym. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your 1-on-1 consultation with us in the gym.
Step 2

45-Minute In-Person Consultation & Assessment
We’ll meet to discuss and understand what you need from us to achieve your goals while holding you accountable. You’ll undergo an assessment to evaluate your starting point and how you move as an individual.
Step 3

Before Your First Session
Between your consultation and your first booked session, we’ll craft your personalised programme, provide support, and get you onboarded.
Step 4

Start Training - First Booked Session
Get ready, it’s time for your first session!Come into the gym and leave the rest to us! Regardless of the training option you choose, you’ll receive the support and guidance needed to ensure you understand exactly what’s happening with your training.
