Established in 2020 by Dylan Jones during the height of the pandemic, our mission is clear: to create an unsurpassable standard for personal training and empower 1,000 people to take control of their health, fitness, and life outside of the gym.

Our coaching principles have been developed over the past 14 years both locally, and internationally working with weekend worriers, mums and dads, and professional athletes. With a diverse background, our coaches come together to offer a unique and unified service to help all members.

Connect with an expert trainer to discuss your fitness goals and how we can support you inside and outside the gym. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your 1-on-1 consultation with us in the gym.
We’ll meet to discuss and understand what you need from us to achieve your goals while holding you accountable. You’ll undergo an assessment to evaluate your starting point and how you move as an individual. If you’re happy to continue with us, we’ll confirm your training schedule and preferred payment method.
Between your consultation and your first booked session, we’ll craft your personalised programme, provide support, and get you onboarded.
