3-on-1 personal training schedule for our South Yarra location. We also offer an open gym to all members on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12-1 pm. Plus, we are currently trialing 30-minute HIIT classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 – 12:30 pm and Saturdays from 7-7:30 am.
