Our membership options and fees for face-to-face personal training. All sessions run for 60 minutes.
Our unique clinical, and movement-based assessments will lay the foundation for your success with State of Fitness.
After your assessment, your coach will create a warm-up based on how your body moves and your goals. This is very important to help to put your body in the right position to train.
*If you are training with us once a week in a 3-on-1 session and require programming to do outside of your session, an additional $10 will be added to the session (taking it to $60 per session) to account for the extra programming requirements.
**General fitness and sport specific initial assessments are $120 ** Rehabilitation and pre/postnatal assessments are $150.
Our membership options and fees for online personal training. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and last for 45-60 minutes.
* Option 1: $44/week includes 1 x 3-on-1 session per program which is progressed every 4 weeks. Option 2: $60/week includes 1 x 3-on-1 session per week.
