Our personal trainers thrive on enabling our members with the recourses and support to be confident in the gym with us while being educated and successful outside of the gym. Because of this, our work doesn’t stop when you leave the gym and all options below are included for free in our membership options. We understand that you may just want to come in and work out which is completely fine, but we are in the industry to make an impact so we can scale and adjust our systems based on your preferences.

In the gym
training
Membership Program For Personal Training options and fees for face-to-face personal training. All sessions run for 60 minutes. It is not a requirement to starting with us but if you have specific needs (rehabilitation, pre/postnatal, sports performance, etc) then we strongly recommend starting with our unique clinical, and movement-based assessments. This 60-minute consultation is a once off $120.

*If you are training with us once a week in our gym membership, open strength and hybrid personal training and require additional programming, an additional fee of $5 per week will be added to help cover the additional programming time.
